Return / Refund / Exchange / Cancellation

At Box Bazaar, we want you to love your cute boxes—whether it’s a chocolate-bar box or a festive hamper! If something’s not right, we’re here to help with a smile. Here’s our easy guide to cancellations, returns, exchanges, and more.

Canceling Your Order

Changed your mind? No worries! You can cancel before we ship your boxes.

  • How: Email us at BoxBazaarHelp@gmail.com with your order number.
  • Refund: We’ll return your full payment to your card or bank in 5–10 days.
  • Note: Once your order ships, cancellation isn’t possible, but you can return it (see below).

Returning a Box

    • Not the perfect fit? You can return most boxes within 7 days of delivery.

      • What Works: Boxes must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging—like they just arrived!
      • What Doesn’t: Custom boxes or bulk orders (over 100 units) can’t be returned.
      • Steps:
        1. Email BoxBazaarHelp@gmail.com with your order number and why you’re returning.
        2. Pack the box securely (original packaging, please).
        3. Ship it back to us—you cover the shipping cost unless we made a mistake.
      • Refund: Once we check your box (usually 2–3 days), we’ll refund your card or bank in 5–10 days.

Exchanging a Box

    • Want a different size or color? We’ll swap it if we have it in stock!

      • Rules: Same as returns—unused, unopened, within 7 days.
      • How: Email BoxBazaarHelp@gmail.com to start. We’ll guide you on sending it back.
      • Note: You pay return shipping, but we’ll cover shipping for the new box if it’s our error.

Got a Damaged or Wrong Box?

Oh no! If your box arrives broken or isn’t what you ordered, let us know fast.

  • Time: Tell us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • How: Email BoxBazaarHelp@gmail.com with:
    • Your order number.
    • A photo of the box and packaging.
  • Fix: We’ll send a replacement or refund you, no hassle. We might ask for the box back (we’ll cover shipping).

Shipping Costs

  • Returns/Exchanges: You pay to ship back unless we sent the wrong or damaged box.
  • Tip: Use a trackable courier to keep your box safe on its way to us.
