We’re thrilled to pack your cute boxes—whether it’s a candle box or a festive hamper—and get them to you fast! Here’s how shipping works at Box Bazaar, made super simple.
Where We Ship: We deliver all over India, from Mumbai to Mizoram, using trusted couriers to keep your boxes safe.

How Long It Takes: Your order is packed with love and shipped quickly.
- Processing: We prep your box in 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays).
- Delivery:
- Standard: 3–5 business days after processing.
- Express: 1–3 business days after processing (perfect for last-minute gifts!).
- Heads-Up: Holidays, festivals (like Diwali), or rare events (like strikes) might add a day or two. We’ll keep you posted!
Shipping Costs: We make it easy to get your boxes without breaking the bank.
- Standard: Starting from just ₹52, increases by weight and distance.
- Express: Starting from just ₹75, increases by weight and distance.
Tracking Your Order: Want to know where your hamper is? We’ve got you!
- How: Once shipped, you’ll get a WhatsApp message with your tracking info. Click to follow your box’s journey.
- Note: Tracking starts when the courier picks up (usually 1 day after processing).
If Something’s Wrong: Damaged box? Lost package? Don’t worry—we’ll fix it fast.
- Time: Let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
- How: Email BoxBazaarHelp@gmail.com with:
- Your order number.
- A photo of any damage or packaging.
- Fix: We’ll send a new box or refund you, no stress. If we need the box back, we’ll cover shipping.

- Address Check: Double-check your address when ordering—we ship to the one you provide.
- Safe Delivery: Couriers may leave packages at a safe spot if you’re not home.
